Millennium Tower is a luxury high rise condominium building located in the South of Market (SoMa) District of San Francisco. Towering 58 stories above the city, it is the tallest residential building in the city, and it is the tallest residential building west of the Mississippi.  Its design defines cosmopolitan and its residents enjoy the best that life has to offer.

The building is the brainchild of Millennium Partners, based out of New York. It towers over San Francisco, with each floor boasting 14,000 square feet of space. There are 416 total residential units and the residences are some of the most expensive condos on the West Coast. The penthouses are valued at $12 Million.

The residences are divided into three groups: The Residences, The Grand Residences and the City Residences.  The Residences make up the bottom 25 floors of the main tower. The Grand Residences span from 26 to the top of the tower. Adjacent to the main tower are the City Residences which make up 53 units of the 12 story building.

The community at Millennium Tower is as unique as the building itself. Residents have access to a private concierge and the exclusive Club Level that offers a wine celler, a wine tasting room, a private dining room, playroom, screening room, outdoor space and fitness center. The fitness center includes exercise equipment, massage therapy, locker rooms, Jacuzzi, steam rooms and a 75 foot pool. The Club Level is home to monthly gatherings called "La Vie," where residents get to screen film, have wine tastings, fireside chats, parties and more.

Some of the more famous residents of the building include Pro Football Hall of Famer, National Hero San Francisco legend  Joe Montana; Hewlett-Packard businessman Tom Perkins, and San Francisco 49ers executive Carmen Policy.

Service to the private dining room is provided by the restaurant RN74, owned by celebrity chef Michael Mina. Millennium Tower is also home to his restaurant, named after a highway in France. In addition to fine food, the restaurant is known for its fine wine collection, and the electronic, European train board that shows patrons current specials, flips in real time as offerings change.

The South of Market district in San Francisco is a neighborhood full of life, art and culture. It has experienced several changes in the last 20 years, but it is currently the home of a "rebirth." Next to Millennium Tower is the new Transbay Terminal, which is currently undergoing a complete redesign. This transportation hub will put residents of the Millennium Tower with in steps of a new commuter rail line.
