Converting Panasonic HX-A100 60p MP4 to Adobe PPro MPEG-2

Panasonic HX-A100 can record MP4 video at 1920*1080/60fps,
1280*720/120fps, 640*360/240fps, ect models. If you have recorded some 60p MP4
footages and want to imput to Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 or under for further
eiting, you will find the files are unsupported by PPro no matter Windows or Mac
OS X system. Because 1920*1080 60p is a nonstandard format, hardly a Video
Editing Software works well with it.
