Step1: Make sure that the AOL Software Is Configured Properly. In order to do this, you need to on the AOL Sign on screen and select either ISP/LAN or Broadband in the Select Location box.
Step2: Make sure all cords and plugs are connected and secure.
Step3: Make sure your ISP Connection Is Working Properly. In order to do this, you need to Click the Start button, select Programs or All Programs and click Internet Explorer. Type http://www.aol.com in the Address box and Enter. The Web Page will open if the Internet Explorer connects. If not, there must be some problem with your ISP connection and you will get an Error message.
