Nrgize Health and Fitness will be providing post-race sports massage therapy at Blithfield and Erewash Triathlons.
Blithfield triathlon will be held on 4th August at Blithfield Resevoir, Abbots Bromley, Staffordshire and Erewash Triathlon on Sunday 18th May at Kimberley Leisure Centre. The triathlons will see athletes competing in running, swimming and cycling in immediate succession, a grueling competition which often sees competitors receive injuries, strains and pulls.
