Do you have bow legs or knock knees? You probably have been looking around for a potential solution to fix your leg shape and make your legs look straight.

There are certain authors and articles which highlight the positive effects of yoga and certain stretching exercises to help with the appearance of bow legs and knock knees.

Confidence doesn`t need to be based around your legs with so many other parts of you just being lovely. If you are not in pain, accepting to live with your leg shape may be the better solution.

If you decide against surgery, think of the following:

Find the right clothes to conceal the bowing of your legs and highlight other parts of your figure with the right colours and designs.

Stop criticising yourself for your legs and start to see all the positives about you. And there will be quite a few!

Find the right boyfriend who loves you just the way you are.

Keep fit to avoid arthritis and any other problems connected to your leg shape.

Speak to an expert to find out about useful exercises you can do at home or at the gym and possibly get some insoles for your shoes to balance out your posture.
