SalvatorePaszynsky has over 10 years experience defending criminal matters, primarily in New York City and Long Island, but also in the counties of Westchester, Albany, Rockland, and Dutchess. His career has been completely devoted to representing the interests of his clients in criminal matters. He has never prosecuted or investigated anyone on behalf of a governmental entity.
Mr. Paszynsky is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts, Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of the Second Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the New York Council of Defense Lawyers, The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the New York Criminal Bar Association.
Mr. Paszynsky is Of Counsel to the law firm Goldstein Jones, LLP in white-collar criminal matters, particularly criminal tax fraud.
SalvatorePaszynsky also has served as an Adjunct Professor at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
