GESTO Academy provides Certificate Course in Food Production. A course specifically designed to focus on the production department. Geared towards the novice cook, the course creates the path for one to become a professional Chef. It brings into perspective the fundamentals of the kitchen, integrating the same in the students by preparing them both mentally and physically to face the many challenges of the industry.

Duration: 6 months

Eligibility: 10thPass

Total number of hours: 288 hours (Theory: 192 Hours and Practical: 96 Hours)

Industrial Training:

Students are provided with industrial training opportunity at internationally reputed star hotels, where they gain practical exposure 'on the job' training to become industry ready by the end of the course for further job opportunities. Industrial training duration varies between 3 to 6 months, based on the course.

Pathway Programs:

International Chef Training Program (ICTP) in Goa and Dubai, B.Sc in Hospitality Management, BTEC Diploma in International Cuisine - Level 3, BTEC Higher National Dip. in Hospitality Management - Level 5 & BTEC National Certificate Course in Food Production - Level 3.

Educational Loan Facilities:

Educational loan facilities from nationalised banks are available to those who need financial assistance. Necessary supporting documents will have to be provided as per guidelines set by the bank for eligibility.

Payment Mode:
