1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 shake of cinnamon
1/2 cup soymilk
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Egg replacer for 1 egg
4 tablespoons Earth Balance or other vegan margarine

Preheat oven to 350º F.
In a large bowl, whisk dry ingredients together.

In a small saucepan, combine wet ingredients over medium low heat & mix until margarine is melted. You should be able to stick your finger in the mixture without burning yourself.

Add wet to dry and stir, forming a soft spongy dough.

Using a spoon, scoop out dough into an ungreased nonstick mini donut pan & smooth out the tops of them. Fill them just below the rim. Overfilling them will result in muffin tops.
Bake them for 10-12 minutes. Remove from pan and place on wire rack to cool.

The glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon soy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

Whisk ingredients together.
Dip top half of the donut into the glaze, and place on wire rack to harden.

3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract

preheat oven to 350. cream butter and sugar, add flour cocoa, baking powder, salt, eggs, and vanilla. stir until well blended and smooth. stir in chocolate chips. bake 30-35 minutes

1 tbsp lemon juice

preheat oven to 375. place apples in greased 8 x 8 x 2 pan. sprinkle with lemon juice. combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and oats. add melted butter and mix til crumbly. sprinkle mixture over apples. bake for 24-30 minutes

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanutbutter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups oats

in sauce pan mix sugar, cocoa, margarine, and milk. bring to a rolling bowl for 1 minute. set off stove and add peanutbutter, vanilla, and oats.

3/4 cup milk
1 cup mashed bananas
3 cups flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 chocolate chips

heat oven to 350. mix sugar shortening and eggs throughly. stir in milk and bananas. blend dry ingredients and chocolate chips. bake for 60-70 minutes

1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon

preheat oven to 350. cream butter and sugar, add rest of ingredients. bake for 30 minutes.

2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
3/4 butter
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract

preheat to 350. mix dry ingredients. beat sugar and butter until creamy. add eggs vanilla and almond extract. add dry mix. chill 1 hour. bake 9-12 minutes

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp melted butter
5 packages of cream cheese 8 0z
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs

preheat oven to 325. combine crumbs, sugar, butter. press into pan and bake for 10 min. mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla on med speed until well bleded. add sour cream mix well. add eggs one at a time mixing in between on low speed. bake one hour ten minutes. refrigerate.
