Smiffy's Australia implemented an independent third party ratings and review system for their customer feedback in 2012 to help them measure and ensure customer service excellence.
To date, Smiffy's Australia have been consistently rated around 99% thumbs up from their customers, however, as Smiffy's Australia's very own Digital Marketing Manager states, "The positive feedback is a great ego stroker and it let's us pat ourselves on our backs for a job well down, but that's not what I'm interested in. I'm far more concerned about the 1% that provide us with some very valuable negative feedback - after all, this is the feedback that helps us to strive for excellence".
