At exam confidence we use Examiner trained teachers, we use them so that we can get the best out of our students using the best techniques and learning methods. However to get our teachers to this standard we obviously have to train them in the way that we think is best, and that’s where our teacher courses come in. GCSE & A Level students have attended our revision courses for a number of years and have benefited from the insight that the senior examiners and teachers have been able to provide. Since the successful running of these revision courses, we have decided to offer exam preparation training courses to teachers both inside and external to our company. Our current teaching staff benefit from ongoing CPD from our courses for teachers, with our senior examiners and hence stay on the cutting-edge of exam preparation teaching skills.
We would now like to offer this training to all teachers. We firmly believe that if teachers are equipped with the exam skills & techniques as developed and implemented by our senior examiners, they will be better able to inform their own students and therefore have a positive impact on exam results. Not only will you work alongside a senior examiner, but you will also work with an exceptionally talented team: our very own in-house performance psychologist who has years of experience in enabling students to go from “good to great”, as well as Tom Fairs who is a leading member of our Economics teaching team as well as the lead CPD practitioner for Suffolk CC.
We are delighted to be able to share and widen this opportunity to any teacher looking to enhance their skills in student exam preparation and look forward to welcoming you to one of our teacher training conferences.
Our courses for teachers take place within central London, at the City of London School for Girls. CLGS is a leading independent girls’ school, conveniently located within the Barbi can center.
