As the name implies, passengers will be met at the airport terminal. Customers are advised to call customer service on their confirmation ticket ten minutes before arriving at the airport. Then, they would need to proceed to the Rapid Drop Off to obtain a ticket from the barrier and park on the area near the lamp post located in the center of the car park. Upon returning and giving a call to Aadvark’s number, they would just need to go to the Rapid Drop off to get their car. In addition, customers are required to properly inform the car park of any changes on arrival time or there will be a £15 charge to their card. Their bookings are also non-refundable.
