In today’s increasingly safety conscious work environment, this is very important to maintain Industrial radio controls to the lowest values consistent with practical considerations for manufacturing. Industrial radio controls of recent and reputable manufacture will be designed and built to comply with current standers, however, older equipment or equipment purchased used will not likely have shielding that would comply with today’s standards.

Wireless Deadman series trigger switch industrial wireless controls are specifically developed for industrial applications requiring positive operator-to-machine contact. Basically a wireless trigger-switch is used to send radio frequency command signals to the pump. The high frequency operator is unencumbered by cables and wires normally used in 'Deadman' fueling operations.

The system is really active for the industrial machine that incorporates a secure frequency hopping, spread-spectrum radio link that is virtually immune to outside electrical or radio frequency interference. In case of operation failure, automatically the system will shutdown with any loss of signal from transmitter. Now the rechargeable transmitter delivers almost 30hrs of continuous use between charges with 12/24VDC charger supplied.

There are several beneficial aspects of this deadman series trigger switch industrial remote controls.

  1. The system has a ‘Safety Timer' software available to limit switch closure duration prior to automatic shut-off
  2. The system requires periodic trigger pulse by operator to maintain receiver 'on' condition.
  3. It has up to eleven other command functions available for per customer requirements.

  5. Pre-wired solenoids are available for Pneumatic, Hydraulic, or Hose Reel control interface.

Now hose reel option allows remote Unwind and/or Rewind control greatly reducing effort required to pull the hose off the reel. The potential injury is reduced and productivity is increased through easier hose handling. The system is really easy to install prewired hose reel motor solenoids and 70Amp breaker included with this option. At the same time, the system design prevents Unwind and Rewind circuits from being energized at the same time.

The excellent Pump option extends pump life and increases the safety by allowing operator to engage and disengage the PTO and PUMP from hose end at customer's storage tank. And the truck PTO shaft is not turning; pump is not organizing in by-pass. At the same time, the hose is not charged unless linked to the customer’s tank. Not only that the PTO connection can be electric, pneumatic, "hot shift" or "clutch shift".

Remote PTO DELAY option automatically opens tank internal valve 5 seconds prior to engaging PTO allowing pump and product lines to equalize pressure. This feature prevents an excess flow 'slug' situation which when happens, starves the pump of product, and may lead to pump failure. These industrial radio remote controls have excellent emergency power system. Emergency stop feature closes all tank valves, and kills the truck engine and pump.
