Qualification and admission
As per the programs and the courses offered, the admission is given to those who are eligible and have positive IGNOU results. The candidates can purchase forms and prospectus at the New Delhi office or at the regional offices. The forms should reach the university within the particular time limit specified in the form. The admission forms can be availed from the regional centers or the headquarters or one can also download the prospectus and application forms from their website. You can submit them in person or by post. The fees for forms also can be paid online.
The qualification of the student depends on the age, the marks obtained in the previous examination and the IGNOU results, which are very important to get qualified. The eligibility criteria are different for every program that the student has applied for. However, the candidate should have obtained 50 % marks for those in the general category and 45% in the reserved category.
