Imagine you need a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for your business, and you needed it since yesterday. You need one to document every interaction with your customers. You need one to help you detect patterns you probably never realized, things that could’ve helped improve your business sooner.

The CRM providers are a dime a dozen, and some have been in existence for 20 years. While it’s mostly best to engage a local one in your area, how can you tell which among the various choices you have has what you’re looking for? While there’s no 100% foolproof way, you could try what can be called the NUCS way to choose the right CRM provider for you.

Arguably, the first thing every CRM provider must do is be able to understand and meet your needs. This is especially because each prospect has needs different than the other. Does its CRM solution have what you’re looking for, or can the provider meet your need for accurate and complete documentation and analysis of data? This allows you to narrow down your choices on which CRM provider to explore further.

You want a solution that’s easy to understand and, more importantly, use. Can you almost easily or intuitively figure out how the CRM solution works? Does it have a graphic user interface (GUI) with buttons and maybe short sticky-note explanations on what this thing does? The easier the CRM solution is to use, the easier you can start learning and utilizing it for your business.

The CRM providers tailor their solutions to each customer’s needs because everyone is different. However, is this something they can do on a whim? Can they easily add in CRM online training for new users, enable you to create Excel reports on the fly, or add as many fields as needed to capture and report data accurately? Yes, they can. The more easily their CRM solution can be customized for you, the better.

This is crucial: You need a provider who can ably support you whenever you need it. Does the provider offer computer networking support at no cost via chat or email, or is there a fee for a limited amount of time of online training? Find out how much support it is willing to offer and if this meets your requirements.

Simply remember NUCS: Needs, Use, Customization, and Support. Again, it’s not foolproof, but this as a specific and focused way to figure out which CRM training and solutions provider is the one for you. You can learn more about CRM providers on and
