He is a highly productive and growth-focused sales, marketing and business development leader who has repeatedly proven his capabilities as a revenue driver in roles as individual producer, as sales manager, and as a sales/marketing executive defining the strategy, structure, methods and plans for the entire organization. He thrives on steep challenges (new products, new markets, new technologies) and creates substantial success through a customer-focused approach that expertly aligns technology solutions with customers’ needs.
Before joining as an Equity Partner with SysArc, James was the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for Legal Advantage, LLC–a global market leader in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) services and solutions to a wide variety of companies throughout the world.
Prior to helping Legal Advantage with their sales, marketing, business development strategy and operations expansion, James was the Co-Founder of Digital Documents, LLC. With an average project size of over 300,000 documents, Digital Documents was the fastest growing and one of the largest providers of document scanning and indexing services within the United States.
Before assisting with the rapid expansion of Digital Documents, James was the General Manager for Strategic Technologies, Inc. and assisted in the launch of a new division that offered a diverse selection of Information Technology (IT) services and solutions to the Public Sector market.
Prior Strategic Technologies, James was the Manager of Strategic Accounts with ORACLE Corporation and was instrumentally in the rapid expansion of their small business market (SMB) presence within Northern Virginia and Washington, DC metropolitan areas.
For the first dozen years of his career, James was a leading subject-matter expert in the utilization of technology based document management strategies to support some of the largest and most complex litigations within the litigation support services industry.
