Industrial remote control switch is becoming more dependable, safe and secure every day. Now most of the companies are exerting their effort in order to expand their technology and keep up with the growing requirements of the public.

Industrial radio controls are wireless input devices that used to control huge machines and equipment which they are not directly linked to. These systems use radio frequency signals, digital pulses or infrared lights to send signals from the operator to the receiver. Now a typical radio control system consists of a portable transmitter that is being carried by the operator, and a receiver that is installed on the model or remote machinery.

Now industrial wireless controls can be called as such if any potential breakdown will not cause a dangerous situation. The only reason is that, the materials are used in these radio controls should be able to with stand prolonged professional use, even in adverse working environments. Safety industrial controls are being used in handling machines that are needed to be guided remotely without adding or needing cables.

At present, bulk plant wireless emergency shutdown systems are developed to eliminate costly hard wiring of fixed location emergency stop switches. Now any number of industrial wireless controls and E-stop switches can be installed within the plant facility and communicate with one receiver and controller unit. These systems will work in conjunction with existing, hardwire, manual E-stop switches and plant safety controls. The operator worn E-stop remotes can also be added to these systems. There are some models of E-stop switches that are given below. The users will get knowledge about this system.

Now fixed-frequency remote E-Stop industrial remote control switch is really popular and useful in industrial sector. It operates with 433 MHz using two double “A” batteries. The transmitter is energized only when E-Stop switch is activated. Not only that the battery test button shows a “low battery” flashing LED on the E-Stop switch as well as on the receiver/controller unit. The operating range of this system is up to 1000ft.

Now the daily E-Stop transmitter battery tests and scheduled battery replacement intervals are strongly recommended. The E-Stop transmitters and receiver/controller shut-down will NOT operate when the remote E-Stop transmitter batteries are exhausted.

Direct sequence, spread-spectrum remote E-Stop switch operates at 2.4GHz using a rechargeable battery pack. The E-Stop switch and receiver/controller unit are connected via Safe Link a continuous monitoring exclusive feature. Any loss of signal connection between the remote E-Stop switch and receiver/controller results in an automatic E-Stop trigger until the signal is restored. High powered E-Stop transmitters have an operating range of up to two miles. Transmitters must be connected to a back-up power supply as the battery pack will operate for only seven days. Backup power can be 12/24VDC, 120/240VAC, and solar powered where practical.

BASE Engineering designs excellent industrial remote control switch for different engineering and commercial purposes.  Since 1996 over 50,000 BASE systems have been employed around the globe to increase job safety and productivity. As a result of this design effort we have the confidence to offer a four year, no hassle, and replacement warranty on every product we manufacture. Industrial wireless controls, in our hand, have moved into the next level.
