Delhi, the capital of India is considered one of the most heterogeneous cities in the world with a population of about 15 million; it is one of the four major metropolitans of India. The city is located in Northern India and is surrounded by Haryana and Uttar Pradesh; it is a popular tourist destination amongst both domestic and international travelers. It is the cultural crown jewel of India with people of all castes, race and creed living within this city in great harmony and mutual respect. The city was first found in the 11th century A.D under the rule of the Slave Dynasty and from then on became the symbol and host of political power in the country.

Today, it is the starting point of many North Indian tour itineraries and provides great connectivity to nearby tourist hotspots such as Agra, Jaipur, Haridwar and many others. Delhi is also popular amongst tourist for its sumptuous cuisines especially street cuisines which are spicy, and delicious. The multi-cultural fabric of this city allows people to taste almost every part of India in this small city.
