Industrial wireless Deadman series Trigger Switch Controls are developed specifically for industrial application that requires positive operator to machine contact. Generally these wireless trigger-switches are used to send RF command signals to the pump. While using the system the operator is encumbered by cables and wires that are normally used in ‘deadman’ fueling operations. The system generally incorporates a secure frequency hopping, spread spectrum radio link which is literally immune to all types of outside electrical of RF interference. All the operations will fail safe or shut down with any loss of signal from the transmitter. The rechargeable transmitter used in these industrial remote control systems delivers 30hrs of continuous use between charges. 12/24VDC charger is supplied.

The Industrial Wireless Deadman Trigger Switch Controls include the following Features:

• The 'Safety Timer' software is included in this system which is available to limit switch closure duration prior to automatic shut-off.

• This feature requires periodic trigger pulse by operator to maintain receiver 'on' condition.

• Up to eleven other command functions available per customer requirements.

• Easy Installation and field service is ensured with modular quick-connect components.

• All types of pre-wired solenoids are available for Pneumatic, Hydraulic, or Hose Reel control interface.

Here are some examples of Additional Control Button options:

The Hose Reel option is used to allow the remote Unwind and/or Rewind control by greatly reducing the effort required in order to pull the hose off the reel. By using these Hose Reel options, potential injury is reduced and productivity is increased through easier hose handling. Hose Reel controls are easy to install and prewired hose reel motor solenoids are included with this option. The system is designed in such a way that prevents Unwind and Rewind circuits from being energized at the same time.

The PTO or PUMP option is another important feature of the Trigger switches. PTO or PUMP option generally extends pump life. It also increases the user safety by allowing operator to engage and disengage the PTO and PUMP from hose end at customer's storage tank. PTO connection can be electric, pneumatic, "hot shift" or "clutch shift". The remote PTO DELAY option automatically opens tank internal valve 5 seconds prior to engaging PTO allowing pump and product lines to equalize pressure. This feature mainly prevents an excess flow 'slug' situation which when happens, starves the pump of product, and may lead to pump failure.

There is another Engine RPM or THROTLE option that allows the operators to increase/decrease truck engine RPM and corresponding pump volume from the customer’s tank/hose end of the delivery. The operator can begin the delivery process anytime by ensuring that the product is flowing safely. After that the pump speed is can be increased by the customers until the tank is nearly full.

The Enable option can be specified to create a 'two-step' process for activating certain buttons to further prevent unintended button operation.

BASE Engineering designs excellent industrial wireless controls for different engineering and commercial purposes.  Since 1996 over 50,000 BASE systems have been employed around the globe to increase job safety and productivity. As a result of this design effort we have the confidence to offer a four year, no hassle, and replacement warranty on every product we manufacture. Industrial remote control systems, in our hand, have moved into the next level.
