Achieve a ‘perfect smile’ in just two to three visits to the Chicago Veneers Dentist.  If you are a patient with cracked, crooked, chipped, or damaged teeth, or simply in search of aesthetic improvement, porcelain dental veneers are here to help.  Nicknamed ‘instant orthodontics’ for their treatment time compared to that of the years spent with traditional orthodontic procedures, porcelain veneers are becoming more popular every day.

Two categories of veneers exist in cosmetic dentistry.  One is made of porcelain, and the other is made of composite material.  Porcelain dental veneers are thin ceramic coverings which match the texture, shade, color, and translucency of the natural teeth.  Drs. Stiffle and Wojno of Always There Dental Care will permanently attach the porcelain veneers made specifically for you to the front surfaces of your teeth.

Porcelain veneers are able to improve the smile in a number of ways.  They can be used to cover up teeth that are worn down, chipped, broken, misaligned, uneven, or irregularly shaped.  They may also be used to repair a single cracked tooth or small imperfection.

Shave years off of your cosmetic dentistry treatment with dental veneers. Your ideal smile can be achieved in just two to three visits.  During your initial visit to our Lakeview, Chicago Cosmetic Dental Office, Drs. Stiffle and Wojno will work with you to identify the exact size, shape, and color your teeth should be in order to achieve your desired smile.  Your dentist will then take impressions of your teeth, and remove a tiny bit of enamel from the surfaces in order to allow the veneers to easily fit in your mouth.

Once the veneers have been made, Drs. Stiffle and Wojno will make final modifications to ensure that everything is ‘picture perfect.’  The porcelain veneers will then be bonded to the surface of your teeth.  A follow-up visit will be necessary to ensure that your gums and mouth are adjusting properly to the veneers.

You may enjoy your porcelain veneers for as long as 15 years with good oral hygiene and regular visits to Always There Dental Care.
