Greenwich, CT -- Golf enthusiast, Founder and Principal Partner of Old Greenwich Capital Partners, Jeffrey Arsenault will again join other golfers and supporters for this year's Stepping Stones Museum . Swing Into It! Golf Tournament, which will be held on October 3, at the Stanwich Club, in Greenwich, Connecticut
Arsenault, together with members of the golf committee which organize the annual event, will mark the tenth year of the museum’s Swing Into It! Golf Tournament, a milestone in the organization’s history. The tournament has raised more than $500,000 in its nine-year history which has gone on to benefit many people.
The proceeds of the golf event will benefit Open Arms, a special program created by Stepping Stones Museum for Children to provide other communities in the region with access to the museum’s educational exhibits and programs, gallery activities, and other events.
The unique program is expected to benefit at least 60,000 children, teachers, and caregiver in the region this year with free access to parent workshops, traveling exhibits, and other educational and learning experience that will surely motivate and inspire learning.
The annual event –which is open to everyone - features a savory luncheon followed by a round of golf on the prestigious Stanwich Club golf course. This year’s guest host is the New York Mets Pitching Coach, Dan Warthen. In addition there are cocktails, buffet reception, raffle and silent auction. The tournament will kick-off with a shotgun start at 12:30 pm.
One of the event’s committee members, Jeffrey Arsenault, of Old Greenwich Capital Partners, a customized multi-manager platform founded originally in 2005 to offer a select and strategically diversified roster of experienced “best of breed” hedge fund managers.
As Founder and Principal of Old Greenwich Capital Partners, Mr. Arsenault, has earned a reputation as an outstanding fund of funds manager, with a track record of superior risk-adjusted absolute returns. Jeff leverages an extensive network of industry contacts developed over his 25 years in the industry as well as his proven proficiency in research, manager selection and asset allocation.
Jeffrey Arsenault is an avid sportsman. He plays golf, tennis, squash, soccer, and paddle tennis. He is a graduate of the prestigious Boston University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in 1985 and despite the grueling academic requirements he was a player on the Division I soccer team. At his Alma Mater he is on Boston University’s Athletic Directors Council and Boston University’s Metropolitan Dean Advisory. To top it off Jeff has a wonderful family which includes 5 children. Successfully managing all of this responsibility echoes a great deal about Mr. Arsenault. He has the rare ability to deliver consistent quality across his sphere of influence.
