How do you get insomnia? Okay, so staying up late at night can mean one thing. But what if you are trying to get a good night’s sleep but can’t?

Today in this article, I am going to explain to you what are the different kinds of insomnia that you can get and the common causes of it. Onset insomnia refers to the difficulty of going to sleep. This type of insomnia is the most common kind among people. They are often caused by the anxiety and racing thoughts within the patient.
