In south London, you will find the picturesque settlement of Dulwich. Predominantly in the London Borough of Southwark, it part straddles the London Borough of Lambeth. Made up by East Dulwich, Dulwich Village and West Dulwich, Dulwich is an incredibly popular commuters town because of its suburban quality and close proximity to the centre of London. With an abundance of transport links in and out of the area, it truly is a lovely place to reside. You can pop in and out of work without more than half an hour spent on transport, yet indulge in the rare tranquility that comes from living in a leafy suburb so close to town. And a quick search for any restaurants or bars in the district firmly cements itself as one of the quaintest places this side of the river.

It seems there’s nothing quite like heading out to a restaurant, bar or pub with friends. It’s a lovely place to take a load off, calm down and just relax with sensational company, perhaps in the form of one of the gorgeous girls from Dulwich escorts. When it comes to selecting somewhere to eat, you don’t have to go around all your friends, asking their opinion. Sometimes it’s better to base things on your own points, and if it’s rubbish, at least you think that. There’s nothing worse than visiting a restaurant that your friends have incredibly raved about, only to have it fail to live up to your expectations. You step through the door and are expecting a scene reminiscent of Fantasia. Instead, you are met with a cold climate, a shrill waiter and a poor wine selection. These are certainly not what you want, nor what you can expect to find in the restaurants in Dulwich.

With airfare prices raising at a rate of knots, it’s not so easy to hop on board and whizz around the world, perhaps just to another destination in Europe. Because of this, it seems that we should take advantage of those that have settled in our cosmopolitan metropolis, offering us a sample of delights from their home towns. In this case it’s the wonderfully unique Barcelona Tapas. Ensuring it remains as authentic as possible, there antique wood and glass cabinets of the old pharmacy remain true, with plenty of original decor to liven up the place. With terraced areas on both sides of the restaurant, it gives the option of snuggling up with company, sipping on European wine and simply getting lost in the darkening hours, as winter approaches, and just mellowing away. Truly relaxing and letting all of life’s stresses and strains fade away. And in today’s climate, it has never been more needed.
